Most of our products come fully assembled or require minor assembly. The exception would be our workstation range. We can offer a comprehensive installation on top of the delivery charge.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

We aim to dispatch within two weeks of payment being received unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items and larger orders we aim for three weeks. An email will inform you when its ready to pick up / deliver.

Once your order is dispatched, delivery time varies depending on the item(s) being ordered and your location. Larger items may require specialist furniture courier handling and may take more time to reach you.

Your items can be collected from our warehouse at 17 Ruse Street, Osborne Park 6017. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be emailed to book in a times. Our warehouse requires 24 hours notice to prepare goods for pickup, so please ensure you make a booking. Our warehouse is open from 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday and closed weekends & public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll notify you via email. The next step is that you will be contacted by the relevant courier to confirm the delivery date and time. Delivery days are Monday to Friday during business hours only. We do not deliver on public holidays.

Yes, either you or an authorised representative will need to be home to accept delivery. Especially for items that you have requested installation for. The courier company will not leave the parcel at your address if the address is unattended. Signature is required on delivery. If unattended at the agreed time, needed to arrange re-deliver, charge will be applied.

We require that all orders from CDXpress are dispatched using our courier network due to insurance regulations.

All delivery charges are based on size, weight, and delivery location and are calculated on the product, cart and checkout pages.

All furniture has a min. 2 Year Warranty. We warrant all goods for a period of 2 year under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Further details are available here

CDXpress will cover all delivery costs if your product needs to be repaired under warranty. We will require images before we are able to facilitate any repairs. For more information you can refer to our Terms & Conditions
